This site provides information about dry eye and its treatment at the dry eye clinic in Haifa and lets visitors leave their details so that we can contact them. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what your rights are.

1. Who we are

The site is operated by Mimouni Vision Ltd. (מימוני ויזיון בע"מ, company no. 516501970), which is responsible for the information collected on the site.

2. What we collect

  • Details you enter in the form: name and phone number.
  • Information sent with your enquiry: the page it was sent from, the page language, the time, and your IP address (to prevent spam).
  • General usage data: anonymous page-view measurement, as described in section 7.

We do not ask for medical information on this site. Please do not include medical details in your enquiry.

3. Why we collect it

  • To contact you by phone or WhatsApp about your enquiry and to arrange a consultation.
  • To prevent misuse of the form and to improve the site.

We will not send you marketing messages based on the details you provide.

4. Consent

The form can only be sent after you tick the box agreeing to be contacted. Providing your details is voluntary and not required by law. You may withdraw your consent at any time (section 8).

5. Sharing

Your details are passed to the medical team that handles enquiries so that they can contact you, and to service providers that process data for us (hosting and email) under a duty of confidentiality, or as required by law. We do not sell your information.

6. Security and retention

Traffic to the site is encrypted (HTTPS) and access to the information is restricted. We keep the information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was provided for, and in accordance with the law.

7. Cookies and analytics

The site uses Umami, a measurement tool installed on our own server. It does not use cookies and does not share data with third parties. There are no external advertising or tracking tools on the site.

8. Your rights

Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law you may review the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Contact: [email protected].
